Anniversary Dinner :)

After waking up this morning I was informed by Hardy that he was making me a Happy Anniversary dinner.  We just finished stuffing our faces :)

Served on Mickey Mouse plates and with Mickey Mouse glasses

The recipe is courtesy of our Disney cook book we purchased a couple of years ago! 

This particular recipe was from Epcot.
