One of our Christmas gifts from Hardy's folks was a night at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead with a gift card to Chops. Our niece and nephew Heath & Chelsea received the same so we had a double date night this past Friday.
Our hotel was beautiful and the room was more than accommodating. The bathroom even had a telephone by the toilet...ha!
We headed over to Chops at about 7:10 and surprisingly even though we were early they were ready to seat us. We had heard from friends and family that the food was delicious, but we could expect to pay some out of pocket even with a gift card and they.were.right. We ended up doing a porterhouse for 2 which came to the tune of $65, but that was a little better than paying $38 for only an 8oz fillet. We also got a side of steamed broccoli to share. Dinner ended with THE BEST creme brûlée I've ever had in my life....phenomenal!
We had a mini photo shoot post dinner and retired to our huge hotel room to sleep.
